Shift Classroom Culture Toward Connection Over Compliance —
If you want your staff to support every child’s regulation, communication, and dignity, this pack brings together the core trainings and tools that help everyone learn, reflect, and grow in the same direction.
This Staff Starter Pack was created for administrators, program leads, and inclusion directors who want to equip their staff with practical, respectful guidance grounded in modern neuro-developmental understanding.
No overwhelming theory.
No outdated compliance models.
No deficit-based narratives.
Just compassionate resources that help everyone see autistic learners through a lens of regulation, predictable routines, authentic connection, and responsive teaching.
It’s everything you need to begin shaping a shared classroom philosophy — all in one place.
And because they’re bundled together, administrators save significantly compared to purchasing each resource on its own.

I’m a speech-language pathologist who spent over 25 years running a communication-based classroom for young autistic children.
During that time, I watched the way we teach and support autistic students evolve—and I made it my mission to stay at the forefront of research and strategies. My top priority? Building positive, trusting relationships with my students.
In 2019, after losing my dad to leukemia, I needed something to pull me out of the darkness. That’s when I started creating resources for educators and parents—because I knew what it felt like to feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start.
Autism Little Learners was born from that season of grief, and it has grown into my passion: helping educators and parents reduce overwhelm, see progress, and celebrate small wins that build on each other.
I love connecting with you, sharing what works, and cheering you on as you make an incredible difference for your students.
